MTC '25: 20 years of theater fun in the sun!

We are looking forward to a great summer! The information below is for families who have already registered for summer camp.

What to do after you register for MTC:
1-2 days after registering, you will be sent an email from CampDoc to submit your camper's paperwork digitally. If you do not get an email, let us know ASAP. 
In order to audition and be considered for a role in the cast, your camper's CampDoc profile must be at 100% completion.
As part of CampDoc, you will also select how your child is getting TO and FROM camp (bus or parent pickup).  Bus schedule is on the Y website. Should you need to adjust transportation for one day you MUST: Call the camp office the morning of at (203) 237.7864 AND message MYT on Remind.
MTC is a part of Mountain Mist Day Camp. Please read their website carefully to know the policies for medications, transportation, personal electronics, and more.

2 weeks before auditions, we will send an onboarding email with a link to our production HANDBOOK and instructions how to join our REMIND for the camp session.

-The HANDBOOK. Each show has their own handbook that is your “one stop shop.” The staff will keep it up to date as we go. We recommend bookmarking, adding a shortcut to your drive, or starring this document in your Google Drive. Inside you'll find audition information, materials, and information about the MTC session. As we go along we'll post the cast list, costume list, and links to practice resources in the Google Doc. 

-REMIND. When we update the Handbook with new information or resources (such as the cast list, practice videos, or costume requirements), we’ll send you a message on Remind. This will also be our preferred way for you to contact the staff. However, you must enroll to receive Remind messages. You can customize how you get notifications including App Notifications and email alerts.
Note: Please do not add your phone number to your child's account. This can cause you to merge your parent account with your child's account accidentally and this action is irreversible.

We will send the onboarding email with your production's HANDBOOK and instructions to join the REMIND 2 weeks before the session on the following dates:
